about

Everything Is Broken is Alan Senauke's strong new cd of "buddhistic music," his first recording in ten years. Featuring songs by Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Bruce Springsteen, Bernice Reagon, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, and Alan, along with traditional songs rewritten to bring out their dharma direction, the album also includes Greg Fain & Ben Gustin's Lotus Sutra hit "Our Hero," about the Bodhisattva Never Disparaging.

As usual, Alan's work features the playing and singing of wonderful musical friends: Jon Sholle, Eric & Suzy Thompson, Kate Brislin, Chad Manning, Sandy Rothman, Bill Evans, Yassir Chadly, and Charlie Wilson. Together, they bridge blues, bluegrass, and folk styles with soul and energy.

Don't miss it if you can!
